Sunday will feel more like the first day of June rather than the first day of April with high temperatures reaching the upper 80s, perhaps pushing 90 in a few spots. Rain chances today will be slim to none. Little change is expected into Monday with low rain chances and highs into the upper 80s.
A slow moving system will approach Arkansas next week with an increasing risk of showers and a few storms by Tuesday Wednesday. Widespread severe weather is not expected with this system, but a couple of strong storms may still be possible. Temperatures will trend closer to normal for the second half of next week.
