Sunshine returns to Central Arkansas Thursday, however, Northerly winds will keep daytime temperatures quite cool with highs in the mid 50s. Clear and calm conditions tonight will allow temperatures to plunge to near freezing with some spots into the 20s. Southerly winds will increase on Friday allowing temperatures to rebound into the low 60s for highs along with mostly sunny skies.
