The heat continues today, but not quite as hot as the last couple of days. Higher rain chances are on the way going into the weekend. Mostly dry Friday morning, but rain chances increase during the afternoon and evening as the disturbance over the Plains moves East. Scattered showers and some storms around Saturday as the disturbance moves through the area. Lower rain chances are expected by Labor Day as the disturbance moves East. Temperatures will trend slightly cooler with highs in the 80s by the weekend, but heat up again by early next week.
Friday: Partly cloudy and hot with scattered showers and an isolated storm during the afternoon and evening. Highs near 90.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers and some storms. Highs in the upper 80s.
Sunday: Partly sunny with a shower or thunderstorm. Highs in the upper 80s
Monday: Partly sunny with an isolated shower or thunderstorm. Highs in the low 90s.
Tuesday: Partly sunny and hot. Highs in the low to mid 90s.
Wednesday: Partly sunny and hot. Highs in the mid 90s.
Thursday: Partly sunny and hot with highs in the mid 90s.
