Hot tubs, hot baths, and saunas are definitely not a good idea for a man who's trying to reproduce. High temperatures can kill sperm, resulting in a low sperm count. For this reason, the sperm are stored in the scrotum, located outside the body. If you're trying to conceive, keep your scrotum as cool as possible. Also, avoid tight pants and underwear.
