Women over forty

These days more and more women are waiting until their 30s or 40s to try to conceive. The problem with this trend is fertility decreases as age increases. After the age of 35, it declines even more rapidly. Your chances per cycle decrease at this time. The lining of the embryo is more rigid in older women, making it difficult for the embryo to burst out of its shell to journey to the uterus. Some of the causes of reduced fertility are easily remedied, but others might require a specialist. Certain health risks are involved for both mother and baby with mothers over 40, so being under the care of a specialist is recommended.
