Lysol steam cleaning mops recalled

A FOX16 Consumer Alert as a hot water mop needs to be returned.  Lysol is recalling 162,000 of its steam cleaning mops.

The mops were sold nationwide over the past three years.  The CPSC says hot water can forcefully burst and rupture the housing unit, creating a burn and cut hazard.

This has been reported 14 times so far with two injuries.  If you have one of these mops stop using it immediately and contact Conair at (800) 687-6916 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the firm's Web site at
