2 Adults, 2 Juveniles Arrested for Vehicle Break-In, Theft

BENTON, AR -- Police arrested two adults and two juveniles face several charges after an incident near Interstate 30.

According to Benton Police Department (BPD), officers responded to a breaking or entering call at a service road near the eastbound off ramp of I-30 shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday.

The victim told police he had some items stolen from his car after it had been broken into, then showed officers another vehicle nearby that had his stolen belongings inside, police say.

Another citizen told officers about four people sitting at a nearby convenience store who appeared to be waiting for a ride, and looked suspicious, according to BPD.

Officers then spoke to those four people, and during the conversation, determined that they were responsible for breaking into the victim's car and taking his things.

Police arrested 39-year-old Rafael Anguiano, 18-year-old Angel Axel-Anguiano and two juveniles.

The two adults were taken to the Saline County Detention Facility where they were each charged with breaking or entering, theft of property and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The two juveniles were taken to BPD, where they charged with breaking or entering and theft of property, then released to their parents.
