SEARCY, Ark. (AP) — Authorities say two people were killed in a car crash in White County.

The Searcy Police Department says Kimberly Langley and Betty Grisham died in the accident Tuesday afternoon in Searcy. Both women were from Romance.

The Daily Citizen reports that Langley was pulling out of a driveway onto Beebe Capps Expressway when her car was struck by a pickup truck. A witness tells the newspaper that the car pulled out directly in front of the truck.

Searcy police say no one has been cited in the crash, which remains under investigation.
