Jcarpe you took the words right out of my mouth! As I mentioned before I am a disabled veteran and still get up and work 5 days a week. Glad to know Jcarpe we have such hard working people in this great country. There are always solutions to a problem. If you think the crime is to high in your neighborhood you can organize a neighborhood watch. If you think the local law enforcement isn't doing it's job you can run for Sheriff. If you think the Circuit Court Judges or the Prosecuting Attorney aren't doing their jobs you can also run for these positions as they are all elected officals. If you think the youth of today are abusing drugs or causing problems in your community you can volunteer for Big Brother/Big Sister and provide them a positive role model. If you think there are no decent people where you live you can always move :p . Perhaps Mr. Jim Crow can take his own advice and " stay t of aline county"

There you go again Sam,running your head about Saline County.If you don't like the county and are unwilling to get off your butt and try to make changes just move out.I don't live in Saline county but have known and worked with many Saline Co.residents and found most of them to be decent and honest citizens including many policemen.I think the problem is you Sam,just feeling sorry for yourself.By the way I survived a heart attack and still work at 70 years of age.Get over yourself.

I was on of the two witnesses to this accident and this is not the most accurate description of the incident. I was the one that called 911 and it was well before gun shots even occurred.
