Rip baby girl, I agree with everyone that dhs is a joke! And people who report false statments on the hotline need to be checked themselves!! And they take away the kids that has been well taken care of!!! You will never be forgotten jersey!! Praying they catch the killer/killers soon!!

jodashe; I too have a friend that lost his kids for awhile to those idiots at DHS because of his dumba** wife letting a snitch into the bedroom to smoke a j while he was at work. Things worked out though. He got rid of the wife, and has the kids and his job back. He is a good man, and did not deserve all the BS he went through for growing a few plants.

This DHS office is a joke, the adult protective service is just as worthless. I think the entire department should be abolished and place the funds into a privately run division with accountability

I am trying soo hard not to cry...this is so sad, you mean to tell me that these people chained this baby up as if she is a dog? May you rest well baby Jersey...she was only a baby, she didnt deserve any of this abuse. And yes you guys are correct DHS is a joke. I cant help but wonder where was the rest of her family..Biological mother, grandparents, cousins, uncles, aunts...somebody who knew that this baby wasn't in a safe environment...Did the teachers or anybody else see any scars...ANYTHING that could have saved this baby's life.. I am soo pissed at this news report. Yankee I have friends VERY GOOD PEOPLE who have fallen victom to DHS and there gang of over paid worthless staff. They took very good care of there children only to have them ripped away put in some shelter as they call it (its a prison for innocent kids) For a sack of weed. These slugs make $45+ an hour the more kids they take the more they make. Somebody needs to go to prison for this the agent handling the case or there superiors. But we all know this wont happen.Just buisness as usual for these overpaid losers.

Put a dog collar around daddy and stepmommy, and chain them inside their cells for the rest of their sentences. And when they find the killer(s); screw the judges, DA's, etc. Find a tall tree and a short rope, end of story. At least the little one won't be subjected to abuse anymore, she has angels wings now! Send the one's that abused and killed her to Hell.
