Butch; why wait? After all, this is America, you are free to leave any time you wish. jreppoh; I was correct on the fine amount; can't believe I can remember that far back; '74 when the Charter was adopted, and is still in place today. Too bad other cities and states won't get with the program, understanding that there are far worse things out there than what God put here.

jreppoh; I can't remember when that was; seems like ages ago when this happened. Was I correct in the fine amount? I reckon I should check it too; like I said, I can't remember the year. Thanks for the info on Frank and his buddy; didn't remember them, but Pop follows politics real close, and I seem to remember him saying something about them once now that I think about it. It's a pleasure to "meet" you; sometimes I feel it's hopeless for our future; it's good to know there are still others that are well read, stay informed, are civil, and do research before hand so as not to look like some on these posts.

trapper; you are so right! Some of them, especially those in office, are still living in the past; way back there somewhere! It's the 21st Century guys and gals; there are far more important concerns facing society, and our country today, than busting people for weed.

Me! I plan to do what I want anyway. This state can stay hog smelling, backwoods country dumb. I expected no less. Out of my brothers, sisters, and parents I'm the only one born out of the state of Arkansas. It is amazing how much it helped me. It is out there in other states. So will my wife and I in a couple of years.

Regarding my first post on this story, and the first sentence. Got to thinking, and it reminded me of George Carlin; they got so high they forgot where they put the petitions. Nothing wrong with a little humor is there guys and gals?

jreppoh; You are welcome. I like intelligent people like you. Grammer and spelling is dandy, civil to others that post, a storehouse of knowledge, you are OK in my book! One thing though; who is Barnie and James?
