There are botched abortions all the time...just read the papers or watch the nightly news. This was with abortion being legal! I love how those defending abortion weren't aborted themselves! Yes, self centered Americans think they shouldn't be inconvenienced and yet if you don't want to get pregnant, either abstain from sex or use protection. Even a baby conceived in rape deserves to live and be adopted out if the mother can't cope with raising it herself (totally understandable). The choice women have in general is not to have unprotected sex. Killing the baby is killing another human, not just tissue. Most pro-abortionists are completely against aborting or euthanizing animals and get all up in arms to "save the whales". Whales, dolphins, pups and kits aren't people but they get more protection...why is that?

They are also unconstitutional. You cannot override a USSC ruling with a state law. to use rape as an excuse for an abortion is still not an viable argument. the Morning After Pill is readily available. it is not a pill that aborts, but rather prevents. a woman does not get pregnant during sex. it takes a couple days, which is why the MAP only works in the very short time frame.

Fact: when 911 is called and an ambulance responds the first thing they check on the person is vitals - aka:heartbeat. Fact: when science needs to determine the difference between two individuals they run a DNA test. Conclusion from these facts: the individual inside the womb of another individual is still an individual - they will have an heartbeat detectable at an very early stage. the individual inside the adult individual will have their own DNA, with only 1/2 shared with the carrier and the other 1/2 of the DNA shared with the donor/father. so to say that it is the woman's choice to do with her own body is redundant. and to justify it with a woman 'back alley abortion' screw up is asinine. lets say I wanted to burn my car - it is my car and I have every right to burn it, but another person had their belongings in it. in any court of law I would be in the wrong and would have to pay in retribution to the owner of the property the full value. just because I chose to burn my property did not give me the right to destroy another's property. Science can clearly prove that the 'fetus' has its own DNA, its own 'life' heartbeat, but just not its own voice. oh and to say that the fetus is not viable outside the womb so it will not make it, is just... well, stupid. if a child is born and is already 3 months old, it is still not able to sustain itself with adult intervention. it would probably only live a couple days. the ONLY time abortion should be an option is if it putting the mother at jeopardy. or in cases where it is a multiple pregnancy and one fetus is endangering the other(s).

The choice the woman has is to use protection or not do the "deed" if she does not want a child. Arkansas considers that a fetus is consider a child at 12 weeks so why should we allow someone to abort that child after 12 weeks?!?! That should be considered murder! Taking a life of an innocent child is wrong period. The woman had the choice before it was conceived! Maybe this is considered progression and not regression....making things right that were decided wrong years ago. Good grief!
