Regarding Andi Davis; the details that her husband believes are pertinent to their divorce should not be minimized. I personally would not put it passed such a woman to have 'set up' the attorney general. Ms Davis represented my former daughter-in-law in a divorce proceeding in 2010-11, wherein, at a strategic point in time, Ms DAVIS made herself 'HER CLIENTS HUSBANDS CLIENT' also, as HIS attorney of record, for the purpose of dismissing all of HIS written testimony. This, after a FINAL divorce hearing in August 2011, wherein NO testimony was offered by either side, then, another FINAL divorce hearing took place in November of 2011, wherein testimony of her female client (and witnesses) was given; while the husband, also her client(?) was not even informed of the hearing. The divorce involved deliberate poisoning of the Defendant by the Plaintiff (Davis' client). The proceedings would not acknowledge paternity requests by the Defendant to his lawyer, a Mena attorney, and when judicial notice was given by the defendant to the divorce Judge, the defendants attorney dismissed himself as the defendants counsel, by court order, then reappeared as his counsel at the phantom FINAL divorce hearing of November 2011. Anyone interested, or who can see misconduct in the foregoing, may contact me at lerosdreamtape@hotmail.com. I can provide you with all of the court documents that will substantiate these claims.

This matter has nothing to do with the people of Arkansas or Dustin's ability or trust as Attorney General or Govenor. If his wife is not angry why should we anger ? We don't snoar in his face at night ! So get over it !

Arkansas State Attorney General. Fine example of our leading lawyer. If you can't trust an attorney, who can you trust? LOL Don't care for either choice for our next governor. Looks like we will still be saying Thank God for Mississippi.

Trust is important. McDaniel has now shown in a very short period of time that he has learned nothing since he had those affairs. McDaniel: Go away! Go out and earn a living and prove for 15-20 years that you have changed. Your track record with court rulings appeared to be made from the seat of your pants and now we know why. Just simply GO AWAY! We are tired of messes like this. TIRED!

He's just getting himself prepared to run for federal office. It's a qualification now.

Senseless. One can tell how devoted he is...did it before...remarried...did it again. Obviously, a life long pattern with no intent to change. Arrogance in power. He has been a bad attorney general with rulings that appeared from the seat of his pants rather than the Arkansas Constitution. Now we may know why it appeared that his rulings were from the seat of his pants. McDaniel: Just go away and prove for 15-20 years that you can be trusted.
