ARKADELPHIA - Arkansas State Police SWAT officers arrested Riakos Lizana, 19, of Arkadelphia Saturday night on a capital murder warrant for the triple homicide of a man and his two daughters.

Special agents with ASP took Lizana into custody at 9:30 pm at an apartment complex located at 16th and Walnut in south Arkadelphia.

Lizana was arrested without incident.

Bobby Galbraith, 40, along with his step daughters Adiele Crutchfield, 6, and Marley Crutchfield, 4, were found murdered in their home Thursday night.

Lizana is expected to make a first appearance in court sometime next week.

ARKADELPHIA, AR - Arkansas State Police said Friday criminal investigators plan to "work non-stop" to find the killer or killers responsible for a triple homicide in Arkadelphia.

A preliminary report released Friday by the Arkadelphia Police Department list the victims as Bobby Jean Galbraith, 40, Adiele Crutchfield, 6, and Marley Crutchfield, 4.

Law enforcement in Clark County say the three victims were found dead in their home at 1032 S. 11th Street in Arkadelphia Thursday night.  At least one of the victims was stabbed.

A source close to the investigation says it is not a domestic situation, but had no information on a possible suspect early Friday.

According to the police report, Anna Marie Galbraith, 29, came home at approximately 8:11pm on Thursday and found two of her children dead in the home.  The report says a deputy arrived a short time later and found Galbraith's husband dead inside.

"An infant was also present but uninjured," the report says.

One neighbor, who didn't give her name, tells FOX16 News she was alerted around 9pm Thursday something had happened when a police officer knocked on her door.

"I stepped outside and saw ambulances and police," the neighbor said.  "Nothing ever really happens on this street.  It's quiet."

Neighbor Jonathan Waldron said he would often see the family playing outside and that both little girls were involved with scouts.

"They were, as far as I can tell, real good people, real nice family," Waldron says. "Had two nice little girls that were just sweet as can be, always running around playing.”

Adiele Crutchfield attended Perritt Primary School.  The Arkadelphia School District released the following statement to FOX16 News:

“Arkadelphia Public Schools is assigning extra counseling staff at several campuses within our district to ensure that, if the need arises, students and staff have counseling help available.  Our greatest priority today is to provide a school environment that shelters our students from unnecessary exposure to details of this matter.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.”

How can anyone stand up and say they are against the death penalty? This is a prime example of a death penalty case if he did what he is accused of.

What doesn't add up is a country in which criminals have more rights than victims. Here's another piece of cr&p that we will have to feed and house for decades.
