Arrest made in murder of homeless man

Police have made an arrest in the murder of an homeless man from Tuesday.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police have made an arrest in the murder of an homeless man from Tuesday.

William Blundell was found next to a truck at 7724 Geyer Springs Road just after midnight. Sgt. Cassandra Davis, of the Little Rock Police, told FOX16 earlier this week that Blundell had massive trauma to his head.

Stephen Cole of Little Rock was arrested Thursday and charged with 1st degree murder in the case. In the arrest report, the officer who filled out the facts of the arrest said Cole admitted to shooting and killing William Blundell.

Cole appeared in Little Rock District Court Friday morning where he pleaded not guilty and he bond was set at $1 million.

His case was passed to Pulaski County Circuit Court where his next court appearance is Sept the 13th.
