Charges filed in January Pine Bluff murder case

PINE BLUFF, AR - Detectives in Pine Bluff have filed probable cause capital murder charges in connection to the January shooting death of Roy Haltiwanger.
Markell Crater, 19 of Pine Bluff, was already in the county jail on charges of theft by receiving and possession of a controlled substance (codeine) when the murder charges were filed.
Haltiwanger was found lying between the homes at 314 and 316 East 21st Ave, shot multiple times. Haltiwanger was taken to Jefferson Regional where he later died.
