Tired of your floor covered in pet hair? Do you find yourself sweeping and vacuuming more than you should? If the answer is yes you're not alone. Well there's a new product that promises to remove your pet's dead hair without costing you a fortune. It’s called the Shed Ender. We put it to the test to find out if it's a deal or a dud? His name is the Duke of Norco, but you can call him Duke. Owner Valerie Green says the five year old black lab is a loyal and loving companion. But he does have one minor flaw. “I have a good size house and a good portion of it is linoleum and I have to vacuum it at least twice a week if not more because in the corners, I will have clumps of black hair,” says Valerie. In an effort to rid Valerie of hairy floors we decided to introduce her to Shed Ender. Valerie begins using the brush and within a matter of seconds she has mixed reactions. “Honestly it’s too small. It would probably be better on a smaller breed dog and a cat. It's getting hair out good, but you're going to be here forever doing this,” says Valerie. But keeping an open mind Valerie continues on. “As far as the depth and how far it’s going down in the skin, it’s doing an adequate job. The bristle just needs to be longer for a larger breed dog.” With the pros and cons weighing heavily on Valerie's mind she makes her final decision based on the product's promise. “I would say it's a dud because it's advertised using a large breed dog and it's too small. You can buy the Shed Ender for 10 dollars at some retail stores including Wal-Mart. It's also seen on the web site AsSeenOnTV.com We tried to contact the makers of shed-ender for a comment but were unsuccessful.
