Yeah we all know if you're not in jail you would be able to go to the Dr. on your own.But I think the point is under Ar.law any inmate, jailee or any person being held against their will lol should be given medical treatment if needed. Those laws are there for a reason.

Sam; you start going to church? You seem to throw an awful lot of rocks at Saline county in your posts; don't you? People die everyday, everywhere. I guess some gotta die in jail and prison too. Died on the court? We've all heard news stories of kids in high school or college that died while playing sports; like I mentioned, these things can happen anywhere, anytime. I do feel for the families of these poor souls. But I also agree with itsjustme. Stay your butt out of jail.

While I may not be without sin, as you would say, I am however staying my ass out of jail. Therefore I am able to make my own appointments with my choice of Dr. and not having to rely on a jail or prison to give me medical care on their terms.

Here's a bit of advice. If you dont like the treatment that jails or prisons give you, whether it be medical care of general care, then dont do anything to get locked up. It is sad that families are having to bury their loved ones, but if they had stayed out of trouble and out of jail, maybe they would still be here today.
