LITTLE ROCK, AR - Two former Mount St. Mary Academy staff members, plead not guilty to charges involving an alleged relationship with a 16-year-old former student Friday morning in Pulaski County Court.

According to reports, Kelly O’Rourke is charged with felony sexual assault and Kathy Griffin is charged with a misdemeanor violation of the reporting statue.

Both trials are set to begin on January 29, 2013 at 8:30 am.

I hate to see this...When I was at Mt. St. Marys there was only one "lay" teacher...the French teacher...HOWEVER, Monsgr. popped bras at the back. I would have reported him if I had not been so naive.

It has appeared to me over the years that women usually don't serve the same amount of time for these types of crimes that men do; double standard?

NOT GUILTY... lol wow really? this seems to be a "norm thing" for theses types of teachers, priests and principles and coaches... mess with a young fresh student and not get caught... this type of stuff is worse than murder b/c those kids have to live with that horror for the rest of their life and it WILL affect how their lives turn out... #PITIFUL
