LITTLE ROCK, AR - A former Raceway gas station clerk was found guilty of theft of property after an hour-long bench trial in front of Pulaski County Circuit Judge Herb Wright Monday.

James Walker, Jr. worked at the Little Rock gas station when the Arkansas Lottery Commission launched an investigation after complaints were made to over scratch-off tickets being sold which had already been scratched.
