As a member of the family I would like to say thank u to see that many ppl show up was amazing and it ment a lot that the PGR do what they do my cousin would b honored to know that so many ppl appreciate the job he and so many have sacrificed there lives for he will forever be missed thank u again

One more thought. If you are interested in what we do, join us! You do not have to ride a motorcycle to be a member of the PGR. Membership is free. We have many that drive a cage instead of a bike. As with all of you, I have many accomplishments in my almost 60 years; but this is the most important thing I've ever done, and the most awesome group of men and women I've ever known. eksmileygirl; We do that also. We escort or participate in send off ceremonies for units being deployed, and do he same for units coming home. We do our thing for any and everyone that has ever served if the family wants us there. WW II, Korea, and Vietnam veterans, veterans that never saw combat, and yes, even homeless veterans with no family. A homeless veteran with no family - WE ARE THEIR FAMILY at their final service! And the ladies of the DAR are almost always at the one's for the homeless vet's also; fine bunch of ladies they are indeed! Each and every mission is special and unique in it's own way, but there is one constant - Honor and Respect for the men and women that have served our country! So even after all the troops come home ( if that ever happens ), the PGR will still be seen standing tall and silent in the Flag Line for those that have served. The line of motorcycles streaming down the road was a awesome thing to witness. The patriot guard should be honored every day for the show of support they lend to our soldiers--I can only hope future rides are to welcome home soldiers returning to their families.

Honorable men such as Sgt.Swindle serve for several reasons: three of which are duty, honor, and country. I thank him for his dedication, I thank his family for their sacrifice, I just pray that it will not be in vain.

But I assure you, there are those on here that do at times when it comes to the sacrifices our veterans make, and have made in the past for the very freedoms they enjoy. My father also survived Korea, with shrapnel in his head, and he did a tour in Nam also. No, we can't bring back Sgt. Swindle, or all the others that have given their lives for our freedoms; but we can in some way repay them. By Honoring their sacrifice, by comforting their families, ( and shielding them from the nutcases in Topeka ), by remembering them, by praying for their families, and mostly, by making sure our government never ever takes away any of our Constitutional Rights! And these men and women that have made the ultimate sacrifice; they will never be forgotten; not by the Patriot Guard Riders, Rolling Thunder, The American Legion, The VFW, The DAR, and many other patriotic groups, organizations, and associations. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

The sacrifice that Sgt. Swindle made for this country cannot be easily repaid. My grandfather survived WW1 with only shrapnel in his leg, my father survived WW2, Korea, and Viet Nam. Can we please honor these men and women that have fought, have given everything for our freedom with our vote for freedom? I Love America

Nope, they were a no show. Had they though, we had enough to completely blanket them, and keep the family from seeing them! I don't think they had enough LEO's to keep them safe either. Now the PGR, we are not a counter demonstration group; it's all about Honor and Respect for the veteran; but I can't speak for the others that were there that are not in the PGR, nor can I speak for the fine citizens of Beebe. Mayhaps the Phelps gang would have left town with a few knots on their heads! LOL

Did that bunch from Kansas church show up ? I hope not.
