WHITE COUNTY, AR -- The Arkansas State Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the cause of death of a 14-year-old boy who died in a house fire on Sunday.

Blake Langwell of Judsonia died as a result of smoke inhalation, according to reports.

The White County Sheriff's Department is continuing to investigate the incident.

PROVIDENCE, AR -- A 14-year-old has died in a fire at a home in White County.

Emergency crews were called to the fire on Graham Road in the Providence community just after midnight.
Members of the North White County Volunteer Fire Department and Rocky Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to the blaze.

Upon arrival of fire department units, it was reported to White County Sheriff’s Department deputies that the mobile home was engulfed in flames and that there was possibly one victim still inside the residence. 

Two children, ages 10 and 16, were able to get out of the house.

They reported that their 14-year-old brother had not been able to get out.

After extinguishing the fire, a body was found in the bedroom area of the home.

Due to the extent of the damage, fire department personnel have not yet been able to determine the origin of the fire. 

Authorities do not suspect any foul play at this time but are continuing to investigate.
The names of all juveniles involved are being withheld at this time.
