Little Rock police ID victim in fatal shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Little Rock police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in which a man was found wounded in a vehicle.

Police say officers responded to a call of shots fired at about 4:15 a.m. Thursday. Police say the man was found inside a black 1986 Oldsmobile at the intersection of 11th Street and Fair Park Boulevard.

The victim was identified as 27-year-old Charles Hall Jr. of Star City.

Police say Hall was taken to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he later died.

Authorities say they do not have a suspect or motive yet in the fatal shooting.
