A local bank is warning its customers about a debit card-related phone scam currently sweeping across Arkansas.

Bank of Little Rock says its customers are receiving calls from someone saying their debit card has been disabled and they need to enter their card number to have it reactivated.

The bank says this is a scam and customers should not give out any of their information.

Similar scams in Central Arkansas have been reported in the past.
