First of all I am friends with this young man as well as his family. So I know all the facts and what happen, and yes they got him mixed up with someone else. All the police were going off of were their nickname and the fact they were from the same town. That's how they got hi name, regardless of what you saw every young man is not in the streets like that. This young man was put at the crime scene and it wasn't even their. I don't blame him for waiting them to apologies from the police department. How would you feel if you were accursed of something you didn't do? I'll wait cause you would be just as upset as Justin was. All I'm saying is make sure you have all the facts before speaking on something that all the facts wasn't surfaced because they knew they had messed up.

His name had to come up from somewhere. They don't just grab a guy off the street to fill in the blank. If his name came up, they did their job. Never apologize for doing your job. Sue the person that brought your name up!

Notice the story does not mention if the charges were dropped. It just said that he was released from jail. The police obviously had enough to charge him to begin with. FOX 16 is creating a tabloid piece. If you don't have all the details, you guys don't need to put out garbage like this.
