Our beloved supreme court are not the ones that write our laws. They only oversee the use and enforcement of them. That's there job. It's the state governments job to write them. Why haven't they fixed it. They have known it isn't right for how long. Next election be sure how the person your voting for feels about it and what they plan to do to fix it. Blaming the wrong people is like beating an anvil with a feather. You don't kill the chickens because there isn't any butter do you. For the confused here is your sign. Your legislators are your law makers. Not the courts.

Unfortunately, even if Prosecuting Attorney Jegley were to seek the death penalty, our beloved state Supreme Court will find some way to make sure it doesn't happen. Another piece of cr&p we're going to have to feed and house for the next 50 years.
