CONWAY, Ark. (AP) — Authorities say a pedestrian died after he was struck by a vehicle that crashed into his driveway.

Arkansas State Police say 35-year-old Daniel Hightower of Conway was in his driveway at U.S. 65 near Treasure Hills Road when he was struck by a vehicle that crashed into him.

State police say the vehicle also struck two other parked vehicles before coming to a rest.

A preliminary report says weather conditions were clear and dry at the time of the collision. Hightower was pronounced dead at the scene.

State police say the driver was not injured.
