Man killed in early morning car accident

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Police report one man is dead after a single car accident early Monday morning.

According to reports, the accident took place near the intersection of Confederate and Willard. Police say the victim, Corliss L. Terrell of Little Rock was traveling on Confederate road around 1:30 am on December 17 when he lost control of his vehicle. Terrell was then ejected from the vehicle after it left the roadway and collided with a utility pole.

Terrell was pronounced dead at UAMS an hour later.

The investigation is ongoing.
