Man shot after argument with girlfriend

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police say a man was shot by another man after a confrontation with his girlfriend Wednesday night.

According to the incident report, police found 21-year-old London Danner in an alley between State and Izard Streets at West 31st Street with a gunshot wound in his buttock.

Danner told police he had gone to visit his girlfriend, 22-year-old Maya Harshaw, and found another man, whom he did not know, in her house. He says that when he began arguing with Harshaw, the man started shooting at him.

Danner says he was shot while running from the house. He was taken to UAMS and his injury is not believed to be life-threatening.

Harshaw told police she did not know the man's name, only that he goes by "Black" or "Amp."

Police are still investigating the incident.
