With lottery sales down $2.2 million in July compared to last year's numbers, one man suing the lottery commission for leaving tampered tickets on the shelves believes the lower sales numbers are a direct result of carelessness at the top.

"Now word is getting around that the 20 millionaires ticket is nothing but a hoax," said Rick Tomboli, suing the Lottery Commission for allowing faulty lottery tickets to stay on the shelves.

The 20 dollar Millionaires Club ticket is the most expensive lottery game and is still on shelves today despite a police investigation into it's ability to be tampered with.

Oh so sad the lottery commission is loosing money What about the kids that are going hungry cause the parents are spending all their money on tickets hoping to hit it big , big chance of that .The lottery is a joke it's just making the lottery commission richer.

The powerball going to 2 dollars has nothing to do with old Ernie P spending most of his time in South Carolina while he was running this darn thing and the hiring of his old buddies from SC.

RieC5, that's a crock....And the lottery commission is not responsible for those scratched tickets, the crackhead management and the employees of tha convenience store is resposible...And their revenue is probably dropping b/c they charge $2 for a powerball ticket now. I use to get a few PB tickets every Wed & Sat until they doubled the price, now I only buy one when the jackpot is really huge.

It seem as if they put most of the non winning ticket in the minority areas. They know once a person try their hand and win a few dollars more than what they played in most cases this will become habit forming or shall I say an addiction.

I love to gamble and i dont use my household money, it is a form of entertainment for me i go to Oaklawns game room ,live racing, and simulcast and i play the lottery but this lottery has been a thorn in the side of Arkansas since its beginings some one needs to get a handle on it to me its a shame.
