NLR homicide victim identified

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police have released the name of a man found shot to death on December 27.

The victim has been identified as 60-year-old James Pounders.

Pounders was found in the street near the intersection of West Short 17th and Frank streets in North Little Rock.

Brothers Dominique and Clifton Hall were arrested two days later at an apartment complex in Bryant.

Both Halls were a arraigned earlier this week in North Little Rock District Court. They both plead not guilty to charges of Capital Murder and told the judge they would hire their own attorneys. They will next be in court February 13th.
