Oklahoma Car Buyer Follows Craigslist Ad to Arkansas, is Robbed in NLR

An Oklahoma car buyer answering an ad on Craigslist came to North Little Rock Wednesday but left empty-handed when he and his companion were robbed.

The North Little Rock Police Department is looking for two men in the case, described only as black.

The victims say the men were armed with a pistol in the incident that took place on Graham Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

The suspects took cash and cell phones from a Stillwell, Oklahoma couple looking to buy a 1998 Mercedes, the police report said.

Police traced the phone number they were given and found it was indeed for a North Little Rock address.
