Arkansas does not have a set big enough to fully prosecute these germs that roam the streets. People can say what they want about me and my thoughts, but I could give a shat less. This, and the majority of gun related crimes, have nothing to do with gun control. It is purely a criminal control, or "mentally unfit person" control issue.
