BENTON, AR – Benton Police arrested a man and woman in connection to numerous thefts involving car lots and construction sites in central Arkansas.

Kevin Kelley, 39, and Kristy Stuckey, 33, were apprehended Monday in possession of stolen material, according to police. Detectives say they have connected the pair to $8,350 worth of thefts and are working with other law enforcement agencies to see if they are responsible for others.

Police say Stuckey is an active parolee and Kelley is an absconder out of Probation and Parole. Both were booked into the Saline County jail on theft by receiving charges.

Anyone with information about Kelley and Stuckey is asked to contact the Benton Police at 778-1171 or 315-TIPS. The investigation is ongoing and more charges may be forthcoming.

WOW. Sam Crow. I'm not sure I am understanding what you keep saying about Saline County and it's bailing out process. I do know there is a lot to be desired within the system when it comes to the Sheriff and P.A.

I guess being a thieving POS makes you age faster. Along with the meth. I've seen her ugly mug before for credit card fraud. Guess prison wasn't hard enough for her and she doesn't mind going back. That's the problem with the prison system..If they'd put them all on a 12 hour chain gang and make them work for their keep, maybe they'd think twice about committing another crime when they get out.

39 years old my ass, that dude looks like he is 59 years old. Yankee, I am over 30 years older than he is, and while I still look a tad worn and leathered, it is nothing like this cat.

Agree with the ghost. I'm 20 years older than this guy, and I look 20 years younger than he does. Yes, poster children for anti meth ads. Good thing for her they don't give extra time for looks!

these two methbillies should be poster children for the anti-meth ads, he looks like a 60 y/o backwoods hillbilly and she looks like she might have been caught in that truck fire on I-30 and they stomped her out.
