pat, no I'm not willing to stay inside my house like a scared little sheep, this is America, not mexico where the criminals run things. Let the thugs and whoever else that wants to be out on the streets after midnite, be out on the streets. the city and county cops need to do their job of patrolling rather than sitting on the side of the road waiting for a speeder to come along. Or sitting at a gas station parking lot, flirting with the cashier all night, at denny's or waffle house or wherever else the cops hang out. I bet I could drive down Asher/aka col glen at 2 am in the morning and see not one patrol car. I use to work a 10-2am shift for a couple of weeks and remember driving home at that time in the morning, not a cop in sight.. Where are they? what are the cops doing?

catluv; The wife says she remembers you from a mission at Griffin-Leggett on Landers; either the May 1st or March 27th one; those are the last two we went to at that location. She says you both have the same first name. I don't remember you; I always shoot the breeze with the guys before briefing, she shoots the breeze with the ladies. Always nice to run into a PGR member! We Stand For Those That Stood For US! To the Francisco family; I hope you may find comfort in our Lord at this difficult time; and I hope they catch the creep that did this soon, so that the courts will give you proper closure.

pat72209; I am surprised one would suggest something like that. This is not Nazi Germany, or Red China; this is the United States of America! As redline1984 pointed out, there are those that work 2nd and 3rd shifts. There are those that attend the movies at night, go out to dinner, are traveling, the list goes on. Not everyone out in the evening is a criminal. Complete and total curfews for everyone is something that does not go well with our freedoms. redline1984; funny you should mention the TSA; I watch FNC a lot, and I've seen the horror stories about them and the way they treat people. I've been known to say that the TSA is a place for pedophiles to find employment, and now, pedophiles have a college to go to - Penn State! Sick people running things these days when a Federal employee can put his hands on a young female child in places that should not be touched by anyone. And taking poor old ladies diapers off of them! Sick, sick, sick people in the TSA, and the goverment that allows this! What's wrong with them? Little girls and old ladies did not take over those aircraft on 9/11; use a little common sense TSA! redline is right about something else also. Sacrificing freedoms has never worked here, and never will. I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees!

catluv; Well met! I do believe I've seen you post on the AR threads of the PGR website haven't I? The only other place I post. I live near Jax, your suggestion is too far away to consider. Besides, I'm a charter member of said church, my Dad and step-mother were very instrumental in building that church, so no one actually dares say anything to me. It's just that we ( as all other churches do I'm sure ) have those that are ignorant ( lacking in knowledge ) of what we ( the motorcycle ministry I belong to ) do for the community as a motorcycle ministry, and what we ( the PGR ) do for our veterans and their families; and you always have those that just don't like anyone that wears leather and rides a bike; they are everywhere, even in God's places of worship. Still in the PGR? You realize of course that one doesn't need a bike to honor our veterans. michaellrar; We all have the right to free speech; it's part of our Bill of Rights, until the Democrats and the "High" Court try, unsuccessfully of course, to take them away from us. Racist comments really are uncalled for; of course, he had no cause to call you a moron either. You were in violation of Item 1, and he was in violation of Item 3. As sandman pointed out to me, we have the right to disagree, it's one of the things that makes this country great; but we should do it in a civil manner. Then, you, me, and the rest, can post to our hearts content. Keep posting, don't let this stop you! And in reference to the perps race; Lord knows whites have their share of garbage running around; tweekers, church leaders that molest children ( and I ain't talking about the Catholics either ), and we have our share of those that murder people also. Keep posting my fellow American!

Pat72209, NO I am not willing to have a curfew. This is America. If you want to sacrifice your freedoms just so you can still live in fear then by all means lock yourself inside after 11pm. I won't. Some people work late night shifts. Sacrificing freedoms has never worked before and it never will. Just look at all the TSA stuff and how still people smuggle contraband onto planes. Get some guts Arkansas.

I want to pursue having a total CURFEW in Little Rock......WHAT I WOULD ASK would be that INNOCENT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS make some sacrifices to make it illegal to be on the street or driving down the street after 11 p.m. WE SHOULD TRY IT FOR TWO WEEKS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS....ARE YOU WILLING TO MAKE THE SACRIFICE TO STOP IDIOTS THAT ARE OUT THERE DOING CRIMINAL THINGS.?

Out of a fear of censorship, I will keep my right to free speech to myself.

MainAttraktion; I see your "friend" has had his post removed; see what I mean by racist comments and personal attacks? And you are correct; ignorance has no racial boundaries. It comes in all shapes and sizes, all races, all sexes, all ages, and you'll even find it in all religions; unfortunatley, even mine ( Southern Baptist ). In fact, there are people at my own church that do not care for me wearing my leather vest to church; but then I don't go to church to please them; I'm there to worship my Lord and Savior. Besides; after heart disease; I quit drinking, quit the green, quit smoking for 5 years, and took up the hobby of eating; can't get into my suits anymore! So it's blue jeans, a button down collared shirt, and my vest for me. Like the patch says; "These Are My Church Clothes". golfdude2; I guess I'm lucky; I'm not that familiar with most of the LR area; I can get to the main VA hospital, the zoo, the Capitol, the main Baptist hospital, St. Vincents hospital, War Memorial; everything else I have to use Google maps to find. Oh, and I've been to the MacArthur Military Museum a couple of times, along with the Art Museum located nearby. And it's been years, with the exception of ER visits, since I've been out that time of the am. I do feel for those that have to live in these conditions, and have to put up with the crime.
