Tragic and heartbreaking, not in defense of a hit and run but you already have the guilty party the parents, the car didn’t come into their bedroom or living room it was in a road where it belonged- even though not intentional kids dart quickly, they are small and can't be seen by many vehicles, they may not even know they did it. But again how many times have you seen parents watching their children from the apt or house window? You can't respond fast enough, even standing next to a child it can happen someone can turn in and not see them- were all guilty of this at some time, doing something else for a split second, others just are too lazy to ever be bothered they just post and want someone else to take their blame. Only the child was an innocent because it was too young to properly evaluate the situation-and the driver COULD just as innocent.

This is a horrible tragedy and saddens my heart. I hope that the responsible person or persons come forth. I will continue to pray for the family and for the person responsible to be an adult, do the right thing and allow the family some closure.

R.I.P. little one. My thoughts and prayers to the family at the loss of one so young. To the one who did this horrible thing: turn yourself in now... The longer you're on the run, the worse it will be. You made a mistake. You ran when you should've stayed to help this poor child. Be an adult and take responsibility.
