Gregory Kinsey is charged with two counts of capital murder after being accused of killing two men with a machete.
FORT SMITH, AR -- Defense lawyers for a man charged with two counts of capital murder after killing two men with a machete will have more time to prepare their case.

According to the Southwest Times Record, a judge has delayed the trial of Gregory Kinsey from Feb. 2014 until November of the same year.
