LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two men suspected of shooting and killing 26-year-old Victor Rosas last Saturday were arrested Thursday night.

Joe Bell III, 22, and Johnathan Hattison, 23, both plead not guilty to capital murder charges in Little Rock District Court Friday morning.

According to the police report, witnesses tell officers that a man walked up to Rosas outside of an apartment and demanded his wallet. After Rosas turned over the wallet, he was shot and killed.

Police will not say who they think pulled the trigger and said more arrests in this case may be coming.

Authorities arrested the two in North Little Rock with the help of the U.S. Marshals.

Both men are currently being held without bond.

Police say there may be additional suspects.

I hope this helps Mr. Rosas family towards closure. These thugs, if guilty, should be taken out and shot for killing him in front of his daughters.

Ya'll need to think about the fact Arkansas is dragging its ass on the lethal injection lawsuit and wont execute anyone when you go vote.

Well, if Arkansas is not able to enforce the death penality. Why can't we ship them down to Texas where they don't have a problem with their execution procedure?

I agree with you Cherokee4. It's starting to look like we may need to put in an Express lane on the death penalty. Arkansa passed a self defense law a couple of years ago. Seems like the police are over loaded. Do what you have to do and defend your self. If need be... Take em out of the gene pool.

AR. needs to bring start enforcing the death penalty again like Tex does. Be a lot less killing.
