UCA PD Investigating Video Shot at Frat House

LITTLE ROCK, AR – The University of Central Arkansas Police are investigating a video that was made at a frat house this past February.

According to the police report, the video in question was shot at the Sigma Phi Epsilon house around midnight on February 8th, and involved a 19-year-old female. The three suspects listed are men, ages 19, 20, and 21, but no arrests have been made.

UCA PD says they were notified on March 1st about the video, and according to the report, are exploring the offenses of voyeurism and sexual assault. The investigation is ongoing.

Statement from the UCA chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon:

We are aware of the situation involving members of our chapter. The chapter and alumni corporation is cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation. The undergraduate chapter has suspended all members implicated in the incident pending the outcome of the investigation.
