Update: The sheriff's office says the suspect has been caught.
TEXARKANA, Texas (AP) - Authorities in northeastern Texas and southwestern Arkansas are searching for an escapee from the Bowie County Correctional Center in Texarkana, Texas.

Sheriff James Prince told the Texarkana Gazette that Marques Tervon Franklin disappeared from the jail between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
Prince says Franklin is black, about 5-feet-9-inches tall and 120 pounds and was last known to be wearing a dark blue jail uniform.
Franklin was being held on charges of robbery, unauthorized use of a vehicle and evading arrest.
