UPDATE: I-30 reopens after chemical scare

HEMPSTEAD COUNTY, AR - The eastbound and westbound lanes of the Interstate 30 at the 36 mile maker in Hempstead County have reopened.
According to the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management, a trailer carrying chemicals began smoking and pulled over. A hazmat team inspected the trailer at the scene.
