Update: Arrest of Man Suspected in Two Little Rock Bank Robberies in Three Days

Update (June 27):
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Little Rock Police have arrested a local man for two bank robberies this week.

Roderick Shawn Wilbert, 42, was taken into custody early this morning after police say officers received information that he was on the parking lot of the Walmart on Bowman Road.

Wilbert is charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of theft of property. His arrest information on the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office website also notes a hold for Sherwood Police for failure to appear.

Update (June 26):

LITTLE ROCK, AR- The suspect in today's bank robbery at the Summit Bank is also the suspect in the robbery Monday afternoon at the U.S. Bank on Rodney Parham.

Detectives are looking for Roderick Wilbert.

LITTLE ROCK, AR- A Summit Bank branch in Little Rock has been robbed.

It happened shortly after 3:30 this afternoon at 1800 North Taylor just off Cantrell Road in the Heights section of town.
