Update: Suspect identified in Allis Street shooting.

Little Rock police have identified a suspect in a shooting that left one man dead and two others injured. The shooting happened 6:30pm Tuesday at 824 Allis Street.

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Little Rock police have identified a suspect in a shooting that left one man dead and two others injured. The shooting happened 6:30pm Tuesday at 824 Allis Street.

According to Sgt. Cassandra Davis with the Little Rock police, 23-year-old Omar Griffis pulled up to the house in a green Cadillac and started shooting at people in front of the house, then fled on foot.

Terry London, 31, died at the scene.

Richard Swain, 34, and Brandon Reed, 26, were both shot several times. Swain was treated and released. Reed remains in the hospital in stable condition.

Police arrested 27-year-old Randy Goins, who they say returned fire at Griffis, but later released him without charges. Goins has a concealed carry permit.

Police are still looking for Griffis who is 6 feet tall and weighs 240 pounds. They consider him armed and dangerous.
