Victim identified in Thursday’s shooting death

PINE BLUFF, AR – Pine Bluff Police have released the name of the man shot to death in Pine Bluff Thursday afternoon.

Police say they found Roy Haltiwanger, 20 of Pine Bluff, shot multiple times lying between the homes at 314 and 316 East 21st Ave. Haltiwanger was taken to Jefferson Regional where he later died.

Anyone with information about the homicide is asked to call police at 870-730-2090 or 870-730-2086. Police say a reward may be available.
