A cold front brings the coldest air of the season with a big cool down for Halloween with a freeze in spots by Saturday morning. A freeze watch is in effect for parts of Central Arkansas including the metro Little Rock area. A freeze warning is in effect for Saturday morning for parts of Northern and Western Arkansas. A hard freeze is likely for parts of Northwest Arkansas where temperatures will drop into the 20s Saturday morning.   The cold front sweeps through by early Friday morning with gusty Northerly winds. Much cooler and breezy with highs only in the upper 50s. Very chilly for Halloween evening with temperatures dropping into the 40s during the evening hours with a brisk wind. Wind chill will drop into the 30s after about 9 PM Friday. Lows will drop well down into the 30s Saturday morning with a freeze for parts of the State. Highs Saturday stay in the 50s with frost likely for Sunday morning. Warming up for early next week, with rain back in the picture for Tuesday as a cold front approaches.

Friday Night: Clear and cold. Breezy during the evening. Lows in the low 30s with 20s North. 
Saturday: Sunny and cool. Highs in the mid 50s. 
Sunday: Mostly sunny with patchy morning frost possible. Highs in the low 60s. 
Monday: Partly cloudy, breezy and milder with a spotty shower. Highs in the upper 60s. 
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Highs around 70. 
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with showers possible. Highs in the mid 60s. 
Thursday: Partly cloudy with highs in the mid 60s.
