Little Rock police are using their K9 units to taking a bite out of crime. Just last week police received a call about two teenagers trying to break in to a house along the 14000 block of Woodcreek.

What the suspects didn't know is that half a dozen police dogs were training at a nearby park when their K9 officers heard the call go out. They arrived within minutes and saw one of the suspects running into the woods. So they released one of the dogs who latched on to one of the suspect’s arms and legs. Police arrested both teenagers on Kanis Road near Baker Elementary and charged them with attempted burglary and fleeing. One officer on the scene said they had no chance of getting away.
