African American Public Service Leaders Honored At The Clinton Presidential Center

LITTLE ROCK -- African American public service leaders were honored tonight at the Clinton Presidential Center.

The National Forum of "Black Public Administrators" organized the Marks of Excellence Awards Banquet. An Assistant U.S.
District Attorney and a former senator and Little Rock City Manager Bruce Moore were among the honorees.

The group also presented people pursuing degrees in public administration with scholarships.
