NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The third annual Bike and Hike for ALS -- also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease -- happening this morning here in Central Arkansas.

People biked 20 miles to Pinnacle Mountain from downtown North Little Rock, hiked the mountain, then biked the 20 miles back.

Once finished, folks could pour buckets of ice water over their heads as part of the ALS ice bucket challenge, which has also been a popular social media fundraiser.
