Cabot Man Dies in LR Industrial Accident
LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Cabot man has died in an industrial accident.
It happened around 9 this morning at 1900 W. 65th St. on the southwest side of town.
The victim has been identified as James Taylor, 51.
According to the police report, Taylor was found lying on the parking lot next to a building where he had been working on a roof.
Another man who had been working with him told police he and Taylor were about 200 feet apart as they used a tape measure to take measurements of the roof. The other worker said he had turned around and then did not see Taylor anymore.
He then ran to the side of the building where Taylor had been and saw him face down on the parking lot, police said.
Taylor was pronounced dead a short time after being taken to UAMS.
