Commodities will be distributed at the following locations: Allport City Hall, Austin City Hall, Cabot Church of Christ located at 500 North 2nd Street, Carlisle Old City Gym, Humnoke City Hall, Lonoke County Fairgrounds, Ward Chamber of Commerce, Woodlawn Community Center, and the England Community Center. ID must be present in order to receive commodities.
The food items to be distributed may include canned pears, canned green beans, canned creamed corn, canned green peas and orange juice.
All customers receiving commodities must present identification. To be eligible to receive USDA commodities, income guidelines must be met. The income guidelines for this program are based on 130% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Based on these guidelines, a one person household must make less than $14,937 per year to qualify for this program. For each additional family member, add $5,226.
